BHEL Eligibility Criteria

Engineer trainee(Mech / Electrical / Civil / Chemical): B.E / B.Tech or Dual Degree or Integrated Master’s degree in relevant desciplines.

Executive Traineee(HR): Bachelor’s degree with atleast 60% marks and 2 yr full time Diploma / degree.

Executive Trainee(Finance): Bachelors Degree with qalified chartered or cost and works accountant.

Age Limit:

Executive Trainee(Mech / Electrical / Civil / Chemical): 27 Years and 29 years for aspirants with PG degree.

Executive trainee (HR): 29 years

Executive Trainee (Finance): 29 years

Selection Procedure

Interested candidates have to fill an online application form and selection will be done on the basis of computer based examination. Based on the marks candidates will be shortlisted for the interview.

The Final merit will be made on the basis examination score and interview score

Examination Score = 75%Weightage

Interview Score = 25% Weightage

After this applicants have to undergo a medical examination candidates will only be selected if they are in good health condition.
