Bihar Polytechnic 2020
To take admission in Bihar Polytechnic 2020, the candidates have to fill the application form before the scheduled time. Let the candidates know that the entrance examination is held in June 2020. This year too, entrance examination can be conducted for candidates only in June 2020. Only residents of Bihar state can apply for Bihar Polytechnic Examination. Bihar Polytechnic 2020 eligibility criteria
educational qualification
P.E. to course
- Candidates will have to pass the secondary examination conducted by Bihar Vidyalaya Samiti or its equivalent tenth examination with at least 35% marks.
PPE for four year part time course
- Candidates should have passed in the twelfth science or other equivalent examination, chemistry in physics or other equivalent examination, and mathematics or biology in addition to English.
For PMD
- Candidate should have passed secondary examination / CBSE / ICSE in the tenth or other equivalent examination with science subject and English.
For P.M.
- Candidates should have an intermediate pass with Mathematics or Biology subjects in addition to Physics, Chemistry, and English.
Age Range
The age limit has not been fixed for appearing in the entrance examination of DCECE (Lateral Entry). Candidates appearing in the DCECE entrance exam can see the age limit from here according to all the courses.
For the PE course
- There is no minimum age limit and the maximum age limit for this course.
PPE for four-year part-time course (till 1 July 2020)
- The minimum age is 19 years.
For PMD (till 31 December 2020)
- The minimum age is 15 years.
- Your maximum age limit for this course is 30 years.
For PM (till 31 December 2020)
- For GNM Nursing (Grade A) and ANM Nursing course
- The minimum age is 17 years.
- For this course, your maximum age limit is 35 years.
- For other courses in Para Medical
- The minimum age is 17 years.
- Your maximum age limit for this course is 32 years.
Bihar Polytechnic 2020 Exam Pattern
DCECE (lateral entry)
- The candidates are given 2 hours 15 minutes’ time in this examination.
- All questions are asked in objective type.
- The exam is for a total of 600 marks.
- 50 – 50 questions are asked from all subjects in the exam.
- Each question carries 4 marks.
- Negative marking is also done in this examination.
- For each wrong answer, 1 mark is deducted from the candidates.

Bihar Polytechnic 2020 exam
Bihar Polytechnic exam date will be released soon on the official website. The Bihar Polytechnic exam will be held in June 2020. The DCECE (PE, PPE, PM, PMD) exam can be conducted in two days like the previous year. On the other hand, DCECE (lateral entry) examination will also be held in June 2020. In this test, the candidates are given 2 hours and 15 minutes’ time. The DCECE (PE, PPE, PM, PMD) exam is conducted in two shifts. The first shift runs from 11 am to 1:15 pm. The second shift exam starts at 2 pm and ends at 4:15 pm.
Bihar Polytechnic 2020 Answer Key
The polytechnic answer is released after the Bihar Polytechnic 2020 examination ends. The answer is released on the official website of BCECEB. The answer date of the answer has not been announced yet. After the release of the answer, you will be able to see your answer through the link given here. Through the answer key, candidates can estimate their marks before the result is released. Objections can also be done on the answer key. The final answer key is released after the objections process is over. The answer can be viewed only through online mediums. The answer will not be sent to any candidate offline.

Bihar Polytechnic results are released shortly after the end of the Bihar Polytechnic (DCECE) 2020 entrance exam. The merit list will be released on the official website of BCECEB on July 2020.
