Women are given priority in this recruitment, as earlier it was announced that the 50% of the posts will be offered to the women candidates. For selection as Grama Volunteer candidates have to go through the interview process and if they performed well and clear the selection procedure. They will be recruited as the Grama Volunteer as per the Promise given by the CM of AP YS Jagan Mohan Redddy.

AP Grama Volunteer Interview Details
The Interview Process for AP Grama Volunteer is about to begin as per the notification the interview starts from 11 July 2019 and completed y 25 July 2019. Call letter for the same can be downloaded by candidates through the official portal through which they have registered.

AP Grama Interview process
Interview Process will done from 11-25 July 2019.
The Whole Interview is divided into 5 categories in which each category is given 20 Marks
The Interview Committee consists of MPDO / Tahsildar / EO.
AP Grama Volunteer – Marks Distribution
CMarks is going to be given on the basis of below mentioned criterias
- Candidates of particular ward will get – 20 Marks
- Knowledge about the Govt Scheme and Welfare – 20 Marks
- If candidate have done any social services for the development of village – 20 Marks
- Communication and Presentation Skills, Situation Handling and Leadership Quality – 20 Marks
- Marks of Qualifying exam – 20 Marks
AP Grama Volunteer Cut Off Marks
In order to qualify the interview process candidate have to score the minimum qualifying marks or the cut off marks to be selected s Grama Volunteer.
- General / OBC – 40% Marks
- SC / ST – 35 Marks
Based on the performance of candidates in the interview and the marks scored in the qualifying exam the merit list will be prepared and will be hosted on the official website on August 01, 2019.
AP Grama Volunteer Training
Once the AP Grama Volunteer Merit lists is declared. The candidates will be called for the training session which is scheduled to be start on 10 August. Once the Training session is over the candidates have to report at the duties as per the instruction.
