Indian Navy Sailor MR Apr 2020: The Indian Navy has released thedmit card for the vacancies for the Sailor MR for April 2020 Batch. In order to fill the 400 vacancies of Indian Navy Sailor Recruitment, online application process for Indian Navy MR will start from July 26, 2019. The last date for application has been fixed on 01 August 2019. Candidates can complete the application process by visiting the official web site of Indian Navy at joinindiannavy.gov.in.

Indian Navy MR Recruitment 2019 Eligibility Criteria

Educational qualification 

  • Candidates applying for MR recruitment must have passed 10th standard from the recognized school of MHRD.

Age Range 

  • Candidates should be born between 01 April 2000 and 31 March 2003.

Physical criteria 

  • Candidates should have minimum length of 157 centimeters.
  • The size of the chest should be in proportion to the height.
  • 20 squat ups and 10 Push-ups, 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes

Indian Navy Sailor MR Salary

During the training period, a stipend of Rs. 14,600/- per month will be
given to candidate. On successful completion of training, they will be placed in Level 3 of the Defence Pay Matrix (₹ 21,700- ₹69,100), also they will be paid MSP @ ₹ 5200/- per month plus DA.

Indian Navy Sailor MR Admit Card

Indian Navy Sailor Admit Card has been issued for the online exam. Nausena sailor Bharti call letter will is issued only on the official website of the Indian Navy. Candidates attending the examination can download their Admit Card from the official website. You have to log in first to download admit cards. You can get an Admit Card by logging in by entering your e-mail ID, password and code there.

Indian Navy Admit Card can be acquired online only. Applications are not sent to any candidate offline through the medium. Candidates should keep in mind that it is necessary to carry an Admit Card at the time of the examination. If you do not have an Admit Card, you are not allowed to join the examination.

Indian Navy Sailor CBT Exam

Candidates have to first appear in computer-based exams. A total of 50 questions are asked in the Computer Based Examination. Each question is of 1 point. All questions in the Indian Navy Recruitment 2019 Computer Based Examination are asked both Hindi and English. All questions in the examination are to be asked in a MCQ. 

The question paper will be divided into two parts. 

The first part is science and math. In the second part, questions are asked related to reasoning. For every incorrect answer your 0.25 points are cut.

Indian Navy MR Selection Process

In Indian Navy recruitment, 2019 candidates are selected by computer-based examination, physical fitness test (PFT) and medical examination. Candidates who passes the Computer Based Examination are invited only for physical skill test and medical examination.

Physical Fitness Test (Physical Fitness Test) 

  • It is compulsory to pass the physical skill test.
  • Candidates are given 7 minutes to run for 1.6 kilometers.
  • With this, you have to do 20 wake-ups and 10 push ups.

Promotion

Promotion exist up to the rank of Master Chief Petty Officer-I, i.e. Level 8 of the Defence Pay Matrix (₹ 47,600- ₹ 1,51,100) plus MSP @ ₹ 5200/- per month plus DA (as applicable). Opportunities for promotion to commissioned officer also exist for those who perform well and qualify the
prescribed examinations.

Job Description

Chef – They would be required to prepare food as per menu (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian including handling of meat products) and accounting of ration. In addition, they will also be allotted other duties as per Service requirement.

Steward – They would be required to serve food in the officers‟ messes, as waiters, housekeeping, accounting of funds, wine and stores, preparation of menu etc. In addition, they will also be allotted
other duties as per Service requirement.

Hygienist – They will be required to clean washroom, shower spaces and other areas. In addition,
they will also be allotted other duties as per Service requirement.
