educational qualification
- For the post of Commercial Ticket Clerk
- Candidates should have passed 12th standard with at least 50 percent marks from any recognized board. Qualification relaxation will be given to ST and SC class.
- Junior Clerk for the post of Typist
- Candidates should have passed 12th standard with at least 50 percent marks from any recognized board. Qualification relaxation will be given to ST and SC class.
- Candidate should have good Hindi and English typing speed. There should be minute speed on 25 words of Hindi. At the same time, there should be minute speed on 30 words of English.
- The typing speed test will be conducted after the written test.
Age Range
- Candidates can give tenth certificate as proof of age. The tenth certificate should be a government recognized one. Therefore, the candidates are advised to fill their age according to the certificate of class X.
- The age of the candidates should not be more than 42 years as on 01 January 2020.

- Age relaxation of 05 years will be given to ST and SC category.
